EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an integrative psychotherapy approach utilizing dual-attention in processing traumatic memories and beliefs about oneself connected to those memories in decreasing the level of distress associated with the trauma. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I am able to utilize this approach to therapy when clinically appropriate.
